Corporate Social Responsibility
NanoPhos, always operating with corporate social responsibility in mind, continues to offer both to the local community and to the wider community.
Develops and develops innovative products, with the goal of high functionality and efficiency that products offer to the end user.
The main goals of the company since its inception have been and continue to be:
- The protection of the environment, which is reflected through the environmental management system of the company, and which is certified by an official body.
- Employee Health and Safety, following procedures based on certified management standards.
- Collaboration at various levels with both the Management of TPPL and NTUA as well as with the local community, offering continuous development and prosperity.
- The Offer of Internships to students of various educational institutions, with which it works closely in subsidized European and International Scientific Programs
- Continuous investment in employee training, subsidizing seminars, and qualifications on an annual basis for its staff.
- Enhancing local children’s sports teams, sponsored by clothing and equipment, rewarding the local community’s effort to bring children closer to sport.
Complementing the image of corporate social responsibility, it participates in sponsorships and actions both inside and outside the borders and where it considers that it can offer in practice, when there is a need.
- Sending free materials to the areas of Central Greece, which have been affected by the bad weather, for the repair of buildings that have suffered serious material damage.
- Shipping of sanitary material, hand, and surface cleaning gel with disinfectants to Lebanon, after the terrible explosion that shocked the world community, in August 2020.
